Since 1982, the dedicated members of Hinton First Presbyterian Church have been at the heart of our Food Pantry Ministry, tirelessly serving the community with love and commitment. Our Food Pantry is more than just a place to receive groceries; it’s a beacon of hope and support where families and individuals can find nourishment both physically and spiritually.
We proudly continue this legacy of care and service, welcoming all who need assistance. Every third Saturday of the month, we open our doors even wider to offer additional support to anyone facing food insecurity, demonstrating the compassion and generosity taught by the Gospel of Christ.

Community Lunch Ministry
At Hinton First Presbyterian Church, we believe in the power of fellowship and sharing meals together. That’s why we’re thrilled to invite you to our Community Lunch gatherings, held every fourth Thursday of the month, at noon. These meals are completely free and open to anyone in our community seeking warmth, nourishment, and camaraderie.
Join us at these special gatherings where you can enjoy a delicious meal and engage in meaningful conversations with neighbors. Our luncheons also feature uplifting hymn singing, filling the air with joy and your hearts with hope.
We welcome everyone to come and share a meal with us. It’s a beautiful opportunity to connect, share stories, and strengthen bonds within our community. Let’s dine together, sing together, and grow together in spirit and unity.
